Mission | The Thousand Eyes Campaign will educate, equip, and empower community members to know how to recognize and respond to the signs and symptoms of human trafficking.
Vision | A united community fighting and ultimately ending human trafficking.
What is the 1000 eyes campaign?
In the 70s, Neighborhood Watch swept the nation as a universal symbol that a community was uniting together to combat a problem, in that case robbery and neighborhood violence. This is where the 1,000 Eyes Campaign idea was birthed. We hope to do the same thing in our community but with Human Trafficking.
What does the training include?
An in-depth hour long training program, conducted by our community educator or certified trainers that will provide participants with the information they need to recognize human trafficking, who is at risk, and more. This training will ultimately provide the participant ability to combat human trafficking. We can't do it alone, we need your help to fight this organized crime. When you attend a training, you will receive a toolkit that includes materials to help you spread awareness, such as stickers for your business or home, a wallet card, a mini poster, and more.
There are a few options for participation when it comes to this campaign...
1. You can attend one of our scheduled community training events!
2. You can host an event and have our community educator conduct a training.
3. You can attend our more comprehensive training that will certify YOU to conduct 1,000 Eyes Training events yourself!
